Payment

At Modestories, we currently only accept cash on delivery for purchases made through the Service. Payment for Goods is due upon delivery. Please note that the Stripe payment option will be available soon. Once available, you will have the option to pay using Stripe's secure online payment platform.

Delivery

Modestories will deliver the Goods to the address provided by you during the ordering process. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the Goods. Modestories will make every effort to deliver the Goods within the estimated delivery timeframes, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Cancellation and Returns

In no event shall Modestories' liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the Goods.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
